Accounts Payable/Operations Management Trainee

Santa Cruz, CA

Accepting applications for Accounts Payable/Operations Management Trainee.  Responsible for performing all aspects of the accounts payable function at the branch level; completing day-end and month-end processes with a high degree of accuracy; verifying invoices; maintaining a high level of integrity in inventory control systems; monitoring management reports for exceptions; working closely with branch manager to ensure operational functions are consistently completed; performing other job related office functions.  Requires excellent organizational, communication and accounting skills; cash handling experience; a valid drivers license.  Accounting degree preferred, but not required.  Full-time position with benefits.
