A pre-primed all heart trim board made of solid redwood stock. This double primed board will be available in all the common trim dimensions from 1x2 to 2x12, and the material can be used on the resawn or smooth face. It will be available for sale by the end of March, 2011, and priced comparable to the Advantage trim, which is a primed radiata finger joint product. We think "Big Creek Reserve" gives the consumer a great alternative to these other trim products. It's made of solid sawn lumber from Big Creek's own mill in Davenport, and being heart-wood is naturally resistive to decay. The two coats of a high quality exterior stain blocking primer, makes the board ready to paint, and we recommend two top coats of exterior acrylic latex paint to finish to finish the job off properly.
